Shipping Policy – Christmas Items
1. Product Delivery
Floréal Christmas items are available for in-store pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping across Canada with our trusted partners (Canpar, GLS, FedEx, Purolator, UPS). Each parcel is carefully prepared to ensure your decorations arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery usually takes 5 business days, but may be longer during peak demand. Shipping is only available in Canada, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Restrictions and Conditions
- No additional charges without prior consent.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a parcel is returned to Floréal, you will be refunded minus shipping costs or pay for reshipment.
- Damaged or missing items: report within 48h to commandes@floreal.ca with photos.
Warranty Policy – Christmas Items
1. General Warranty
Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.
2. Conditions
- Original receipt required.
- Items must be unused, in original condition.
- Packaging and tags intact.
3. Exclusions
- Transport and service fees not covered.
- Commercial accounts excluded.
