Shipping Policy – Christmas Items

1. Product Delivery

Our Christmas items are available through local delivery, home shipping, in-store pickup, and nationwide shipping in Canada via FedEx Priority, Purolator Express, and UPS Priority.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on item weight, size, and destination address to provide the best possible rate.

Delivery times are typically 5 business days, but may vary during peak demand. Delivery is available only within Canada, unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Oversized items such as Christmas trees, lit trees, etc., are delivered only within the local delivery zone.

2. Restrictions and Conditions

  • Handling fees may apply for large or custom orders.
  • Items cannot be shipped outside the defined zone without prior agreement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable as shipping is considered a separate service.

Shipping outside the local zone

For orders outside our local zone, transport fees are calculated on request. These orders cannot be completed directly online but can be saved in a cart.

If a cart is abandoned, our team will be notified and will contact you after confirming item availability.


Warranty Policy – Christmas Items

1. General Warranty

You may request a refund within 10 days of purchase.

2. Conditions for Warranty

  • Original receipt must be presented.
  • Products must be undamaged and in original condition.
  • Packaging and original tags must be intact.

3. Exclusions

  • Transport and service fees are not covered.
  • Commercial accounts are not eligible for warranty coverage.
