1. How your items are delivered
Whether you prefer in-store pickup, local delivery, or Canada-wide shipping, we pack every item with great care so your decorations arrive exactly as expected—ready to brighten your holidays.
Delivery usually takes around 5 business days, although high-season demand may extend processing times slightly.

2. If something goes wrong
If anything arrives damaged or incomplete, reach out within 48 hours at commandes@floreal.ca with photos so we can assist quickly.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No extra charges without your approval.
- If a parcel returns to Floréal, refunds are issued minus shipping fees or reshipping fees apply.
Warranty Policy – Christmas Items
1. Returns in certain situations
Christmas items may be refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided they are not discounted.
Including:
– Discounted Christmas decorations
– Any marked-down item (any percentage)
– Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day purchases
– Items ending in .44 / .94 / .75
2. Conditions

- Unused, intact items only
- Original packaging required
- Tags and accessories included
