Crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth, and intensely comforting, these bars combine everything we love: the richness of chocolate, the sweetness of caramel, and the hint of salt that balances everything.
Ingredients :

2 cups (200 g) crumbled graham crackers or digestives

½ cup (125 ml) melted butter

1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk

1 1/4 cups (300 ml) chopped dark or milk chocolate

Flower of salt
Preparation :

Mix the biscuits and butter, press into a square pan lined with parchment paper.

Pour the condensed milk over the base and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.

Spread the melted chocolate over the still warm base and sprinkle with fleur de sel.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Floréal Touch:
Replace the condensed milk with homemade caramel (sugar, cream and butter) for an even richer texture.
