Enchanted Forest Cupcakes

These chocolate cupcakes evoke a miniature forest covered in snow and stars. A playful, comforting, and irresistibly festive dessert.

Ingredients :

  • ¾ cup (100 g) flour

  • ½ cup (100 g) sugar

  • ½ cup (125 ml) melted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) cocoa

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup (125 ml) milk

  • Buttercream icing colored in pine green

  • Mini decorations: trees, snowflakes, beads

Preparation :

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add the butter, eggs and milk, then whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour into cupcake tins and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 18 to 20 minutes.

  4. Let cool completely before adding icing and decorations.

Floréal Touch:
Add a touch of mint to the frosting or arrange the cupcakes on a wooden board decorated with pine branches.
