A mischievous and delicious hot chocolate inspired by the famous Grinch with a tender heart. Smooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and a festive green, it warms the heart (even the Grinch's). It's the perfect drink for a cozy afternoon, wrapped up in a blanket, watching a Christmas movie.

Ingredients :

• 2 cups (500 ml) of milk

• ⅔ cup (160 ml) chopped white chocolate

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 drop of green food coloring

• Whipped cream and mini marshmallows for garnish

Preparation :

1. In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat without boiling.

2. Add the white chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.

3. Stir in the vanilla and green food coloring.

4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.

Add a few drops of mint extract for a frosty version, or a splash of Irish cream liqueur for a grown-up version.
